Property Rules

  1. No Smoking - can result in a $250 fine

  2. No Pets Allowed

  3. No more than six (6) guests allowed to sleep in unit

  4. Must be 25 years of age to rent and occupy unit alone

  5. Check-in: 4:00 PM/ Check-out: 11:00 AM

  6. Pool Closes at 11:00 PM

  7. No glass allowed at pool

  8. Children (12 and under) MUST be accompanied by adults

  9. No grills allowed outside of the property's designated grill area
